Hi, I’m Linda Williams, Manager of The Drop. Prior to joining ArtsKC, I was an operations manager for a local financial services company for 26 years. I currently serve as the Executive Director of Just Off Broadway Theatre and as the General Manager for KC Melting Pot Theatre which I have been a part of since the organization’s inception.

Though I’m the newest member of the team, I have quickly immersed myself in our Audience Development Practice (ADP) work. ADP programs are designed to serve nonprofit arts organizations in developing and diversifying their audiences. As someone who considers artistic practice to be organization, planning, and getting things done, I’m thrilled to be part of this team and working to make the arts more accessible to underserved communities in the Kansas City area!
