ArtsKC believes in nurturing creative talent by providing artistic and professional development resources to artists at all stages in their career.

Each year, ArtsKC programs directly benefit more than 307,000 people and indirectly benefit more than 1.8 million people through ArtsKC-supported organizations. ArtsKC has provided more than $28 million in grant support to local organizations, arts educators and individual artists since its inception.
Grants
In 2021, ArtsKC raised $242,768 to create 121 grants for artists and arts organizations in our five-county service area. Of those grants, 73 funded arts organizations and 48 funded individual artists.

The program currently holds 50 active companies across the Kansas City metropolitan area and has 246 participating artists in the directory.
Artskcgo
ArtsKCGo’s organization directory currently houses over 380 organization listings and over 500 profiles in the artist directory. A variety of arts and culture events are submitted to the events calendar daily.
social media & Marketing
ArtsKC utilizes its social media channels to amplify the voices of arts organizations and individual artists through features and collaborations. ArtsKC Featured over 100 artists on social media pges and represented 99% of ArtsKC supported arts organizations on its channels.
Audience Development
During the pandemic, ArtsKC coordinated seven Arts Marketers Network Classes virtually to help meet the marketing support needs of local arts organizations.
