Hello!  I’m Janann, the Accounting Manager for ArtsKC.  I am pleased to be a part of the finance team at ArtsKC. I enjoy supporting the internal operations of our organization and, in turn, all of our artists and arts organizations. 

Prior to joining ArtsKC, I worked for a variety of arts organizations throughout the country including American Conservatory Theater, Center Theatre Group, Yale Rep, Metropolitan Museum of Art, Denver Center for the Performing Arts, National Endowment for the Arts, KCRep, and Charlotte Street Foundation. I’ve earned an MFA from Yale University, an MA in Nonprofit Management from Regis University, and most recently an MBA from UMKC. I’m excited to collaborate with the staff of ArtsKC to continue to promote, support, and advocate for the arts throughout the metropolitan region. 

When I’m not in the office, I can often be found in one of the many live music venues that KC has to offer, or out exploring the parks and trails with my beloved chow chow, Galaxy!
