I create abstract paintings that explore the relationship of light and dark compositions, color story and the chaotic beauty of daily life. Working primarily with watercolors, acrylics and occasionally mixed media. I start with bold texture and soft color blending to evoke a sense of emotion, energy, or calm in the viewer. My creative process is deeply intuitive. I begin each piece with a
loose spontaneous layer of color, allowing the painting to naturally evolve as layers build up. Through this work, I hope to invite the audience to slow down, look closer, and find their own personal
connection within the details.
