I have enjoyed painting all my life and it was my father (also an artist) who inspired me the most. Watching him work and showing me how to blend a sky, mix colors and watch the paintings explode with color is something I treasure to this day. He might of added an airplane in the sky, but for me it’s a bird. When I was young, I babysat in the Bahamas and there my love for palm trees grew. So between painting the skyline of a city or palm trees during a sunrise or sunset you will always find that bird.
